Just a question of proper equitette and I know this has come up before.
Recently visited with a friend and Had a wonderful session. The only issue was the effects of smoking (breath, clothes, and even skin). It was not a turn-off but a distraction from what was a wonderful appointment (and nope, it wasn't my new friend Lisa Butler :) ).
How does one handle this? I have been around smokers before and generally most do a good job of knowing how to cover the smell or have changed clothes, etc. I do know of some folks who can't stand any hint of smoke and that's not my problem but when it's pretty strong what are some of the ways to handle it without getting someone upset.
Please, comments from guys and ladies. I know that you ladies have to deal with this or similar things.
