Three face prostitution charges
Snippet:
A Loris man, a Forest City, N.C. man and a Myrtle Beach woman each are charged in connection with alleged prostitution after an incident at Derriere's Men's Club early Sunday morning, a Myrtle Beach Police Department incident report shows.
According to the report, RS, 33, of Loris, flagged down two Myrtle Beach officers while they were at the club, located at 804 Seaboard St. S told the officers an amateur female dancer participating in a nude dance contest approached him inside the club.
S told police the woman, 23-year-old LMA of Myrtle Beach, said she was "just trying to make a little extra money,'' and that "she could make money quicker if he knew a place they could go,'' the report shows.
Police report that S and A agreed that, for $100, she would have sex with him and his brother, GS, 27, of Forest City, N.C.
Officers took RS into a patrol car, where he gave them a written statement outlining the arrangement with A, according to the report.
Police arrested A, GS and RS because they negotiated a price for sex and A was inside the brothers' vehicle, the report shows.
Police issued each of the three a summons alleging prostitution and each defendant has a court appearance scheduled at Myrtle Beach Municipal Court at 8 a.m. Nov. 15, according to the report.
